충전시작하면 카카오 어플 광고뜨던데.. 나가기가 안되서 꼬구어플 종료하고 다시 시작해야하는 불편함도 있습니다. 확인 부탁드려요

앱 불편해서라도 타사 충전기 쓰던가 해야지 짜증만 납니다

전체화면 배너를 매번 쳐띄우는데 잘못 누르면 웹으로 넘어가지고 뒤돌아갈수가 없음. 앱 재실행해야함. 다시보지않기 매번 눌러봐야 저장안되고 툭하면 로그아웃됨. 메뉴 ui도 헷갈리게 해놓음. 고객센터 문의 남겨봐야 확인중이라고만 나오고 아무것도 없음. 참 2024년에 앱 이렇게 운영하기도 어려워요. 별 1개도 아깝습니다.
