Die neue App ist recht schlicht gestaltet, und bietet im Gegensatz zu anderen Apps eine einfache Bedienung, ohne mit Funktionen überladen zu sein. Die Filter sind mit den letzten Updates deutlich verbessert. 

Ich wünschte mir nur mehr Optionen, um meine Heimladestation bedienen zu können, wie auch im online Portal

I had no ideas apps this bad existed. The UI cannot find stations with the QR code, but sometimes the map finds them. Using a credit card is impossible. Different validations for different card and it either times out or doesn’t validate. 
Using the app should be a shorter time than charging the vehicle.  
Absolutely useless.

impossible de créer son compte, l’appli vous renvoie vers « préparons votre recharge » quand on clique sur créer son compte. indéfiniment. Ou alors le « spinner » tourne indéfiniment. 
À éviter sauf si vous voulez perdre du temps. Et ça fait peur pour la suite…

Wie kann man eine gut übersichtliche App nur so verschandeln die neue Version ist eine Katastrophe die alte war Klasse und verständlich 😡😡😡

Die neue App ist deutlich besser wie die alte. Die Geschwindigkeit ist besser und die App hängt sich nicht mehr auf .

Seit dem der Minuten Preis drin ist, lohnt sich das nicht mehr. Habe letztens 24 Euro bezahlt für über der Nacht stehen. Ohne zu laden. Nur das Kabel war gesteckt. 24 Euro für 10 kWh. Einfach frech. Seit dem lade ich nicht mehr mit dieser App. Danke für nichts, Support

Souvent des problèmes pour charger. La borne n’apparaît plus depuis quelques semaines sur la carte pourtant sur place elle semble capable de fonctionner. Quand je scanne le qr code sur la borne ça me dit qu’il y a eu une erreur ou qu’il n’existe pas et ça depuis le début. C’est dommage parce que des fois ça marche bien et là je ne sais pas c’est quoi le problème. Quand on essaye d’appeler les numéros d’assistantes sur la borne personne ne répond.

Filled in all the necessary info when prompted and charging still didn’t work.

After going through the app manually and filling in everything I could find, it finally started charging.

2 hours later it barely put 20% in.

And why on earth does it need all my data? Ok we all know why - and it’s disgusting.

I had to fill in so many details about me I felt like I was in a dystopian nightmare.

Horrible app, terrible experience and expensive charge.
