It will not allow you to keep the app open to clock out later. Additionally, there is no menu location for support. Even the Android Version of my workers have the same problems. I am using correct credentials. The ones I use on the website but the app says my username or password or isn’t authorized. So frustrating. I hate that my company uses it. I am required to use this app to keep my time at work and it is highly inefficient. When trying to clock out it will crash two times before allowing me to clock out. Every time. The geo location is spotty at best and the overall UI is just poor quality. It feels as though someone got it to “good enough” then abandoned it. Please update or remove it from the App Store! ### 1/5 — Daily Frustration!! *2020-11-17, version 2.30.12* Using this App is the biggest frustration of my day. Takes up to five minutes just to Clock in or out. It is constantly loading, it closes out or restarts and you need to re-put in your username and password almost every time. Such a waste of time and stressful as you get to work or are trying to end your day. ### 1/5 — Buggy App *2020-08-12, version 2.30.12* Strange app. You have to hold the clock-in button for a few seconds in order to clock in/out. Not sure why you’d have to do this but it’s annoying. The app also crashes every-other time you want to clock in/out so it takes 30 seconds or more to successfully complete this task. Quality control is easy now a days, and with the prices for their infrastructure, they should be able to do better. ### 1/5 — Meh ... *2020-01-15, version 2.30.12* If you have a small group of employees, this app might be for you. If you have more than 30 employees, look elsewhere. Half our workers cannot clock out at the end of their shift ... that creates more admin work manually entering their time after you call each one of them. If you operate at all hours of the day, you cannot change the time format to “military time” (note to Easy Clocking Admin - this is time keeping 101 .. you’re supposed to be the expert, remember) There are many other options out there ... research before you commit. The above mentioned issues are just the tip of the iceberg. ### 1/5 — Change of ownership *2019-07-29, version 2.30.12* I wouldn’t download or give any info to these people anymore. The original owners of this app sold their Client List of which contain ( Account Names, Usernames, Passwords, Phone Numbers and Emails) to another company. How do I know? I work for that said company, and make money making calls from the data this company gave out. I've been using it for almost a year now with no issues. My company does all of its scheduling through here, so it makes it easy to see up coming schedules for the next week. You can also request vacation time from here as well. Those complaining about log in issues are probably experiencing "user error" issues. Finally, I do like seeing my exact worked hours the week. Gives piece of mind as an employee that all my hours are being tracked. ### 4/5 — Needs punch in & out options *2021-05-15, version 2.30.12* Should have an option to punch in & out from your iPhone ### 4/5 — Conteo horas y minutos mal *2019-09-26, version 2.30.12* La suma total de las horas de un día lo hace mal, queda una última operación para los minutos. Es decir, la App pone que has echado 9.50h, que es real, pero cuando el usuario hace sus cálculos, realmente es 9h y 30min, puede ser confuso ver ese 9.50h y puede llevar a confusión. Si ese 0,50h lo multiplicas por 60, entonces si te da los 30min que son. Otra mejora que le veo, que el recordatorio fuera como una alarma, no una simple notificación push, ya que eso se le puede pasar al usuario.
