Store employees always say they can’t do anything about it. There’s no way to contact support through the app. When I click on support, it asks me to download the Mail app. I don’t want to download anything just to contact this company. There should be a way to contact support without downloading anything. The only reason my whole family and I use the app, is to get the coins to use when we get fuel, otherwise none of us would use it or spend our money at these stores. Please at least make it possible to save a dollar a gallon. I know so many people who have quit buying gas at DK because of the cut back on points!
