Not even close to accurate.  Using tape measure and rangefinder, can confirm this app is not even close to accurate.

Very useful app for quick distance measurements. The interface is simple, easy to understand, and gives results within seconds. I especially like that it supports multiple measurement units and lets you measure different points without needing extra tools. Great app for everyday use and planning spaces.
