## What is Easy Eyes?

Your eyes work hard all day. Easy Eyes helps them rest.

Open the app and it already knows what your eyes need right now — a 20-second far look in the middle of close work, a slow breath before sleep. One tap, and you're in.

TWO MINUTES, THREE PATHS

• Rest — 20-20-20 far looks and palming warmth for tired, dry eyes
• Relax — box, coherent and 4-7-8 breathing, plus eyes-closed guided calm
• Train — follow-the-light smooth pursuit, near-far focus, gaze stretches and complete blinks

Most practices take less than two minutes. Gentle voice guidance and quiet practice music carry you through each one.
