【How to Use】
1. Habit template registration
Select the appropriate template tab at the bottom of the screen by habit cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Enter the habit you want to register and tap the "+" button to add it.

2. Checklist creation
On the Habit ToDo screen, select the cycle you want to copy from templates from the bottom cycle selector.
Tap the "Copy xx (selected cycle)" button to instantly copy tasks from the template to the habit ToDo list.

3. Habit execution
Tap tasks to mark them complete with checkmarks.
Tap "Delete Completed" to batch remove all checked tasks.

The template feature ensures periodic habitual tasks are completed without missing any.
