I'm actually relieved I didn't end up buying their packages, considering their completely unresponsive and 'dead' behavior

I've been using Easy Interio for a while now, purchasing leads to grow my business. However, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Firstly, the leads provided are often of poor quality, not worth the hefty price tag of around 1000 Rs. per lead. 
To make matters worse, as the houses get larger, the prices shoot up without any justification. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of support from the Easy Interio team. 
Despite reaching out numerous times regarding lead quality and pricing issues, I have never received a response. It's incredibly disheartening to invest in a service only to be met with silence when seeking assistance. I urge the developers of Easy Interio to prioritize customer support and address the concerns of their paying users. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable leads and responsive customer service.
