## What is Easy IP Technaxx?

Monitor your home unnoticed with a socket and lamp camera.

Perfect for monitoring your home.
The small cameras * are easy to install and send a push message to your smartphone as soon as the PIR Senor is triggered.
With the app and an internet connection you always have the desired object in view and can react immediately in an emergency.
After receiving a push message, you can open the camera by tapping on the notification and listen to the desired object thanks to the built-in microphone in the camera.
You can shoot video recordings and pictures manually. With the PIR sensor you can also set that video recordings should be made automatically. These are stored on the MicroSD card and can be downloaded from the storage location on your smartphone.

Die App und die Kameras sind mittlerweile leider eine Katastrophe. Die Cams funktionieren zwar teilweise und zum in die Wohnung schauen reichts (mit Glück), aber vieles andere geht eben nicht mehr. Weitere Kameras einbinden geht zum Teil nicht mehr, so dass nicht mehr alle nutzbar sind. Pushup Alarm Mitteilungen funktionieren (bei mir) gar nicht mehr und auch die Intervalle lassen sich nicht mehr umstellen. Leider geht auch der Sensor nicht immer, so das die Cam oftmals erst gar nicht bei Bewegung auslöst. Auch mehrere Kameras aufeinmal online zu schalten ist nicht mehr möglich (in der alten App ging es noch). Alles in allem war es ein nicht unwesentlicher Kostenfaktor bei nur noch bedingt funktionierenden Cams und der nur noch teilweise funktionierenden schlechten App, so wie einer nicht hilfreichen Bedienungsanleitung. (Eigentlich funktioniert nichts, so wie es soll. Service: 0 Stand: 2022)

Nach Update auf iOS 13+ geht fast nichts mehr:
-Neuinstallation der Kamera ist nicht mehr möglich
-Zugriff auf die Kamera aus dem Internet ist nicht mehr möglich

!!!!! Auch nach dem Update, funktioniert der Zugriff auf die Kamera aus dem Internet NICHT mehr!!!!!

Bitte um Support falls dies eine Einstellungssache ist. Ansonsten Kameras dadurch völlig wertlos!!!

### 3/5 — Neue App funktioniert nicht

Fehler (siehe unten) wurde prompt behoben! Das muss man auch mal lobend erwähnen. Wenn die App auf dem iPad dann jetzt auch noch in der Horizontalen funktioniert gibt sie mir alles was ich brauche und es gibt einen Stern mehr :-)

Ursprüngliches Problem:
Bereits installierte Kameras wurden nicht übernommen. Vor allem: Neueinbindu g der Kameras nach Reset nicht möglich. App erkennt ‚Device‘ nicht, obwohl mit Kamera-WLAN Verbindung besteht. Momentan sind meine Kameras somit wertlos.

Wieso gehen meine Kameras nicht, die seit 3 Jahren funktionierten???
Ich habe sie versucht neu zu verbinden, aber das geht auch nicht. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung.

Falls Sie eine Kamera gekauft haben die Sie mit dieser App benutzen sollen, dann packen Sie die Kamera schnell ein und schicken sie zurück. Diese App geht leider nicht.

Offensichtlich set über einem Jahr kein Update. Auf dem iPhone X mit iOS 11 ging es noch, auf dem Xs mit iOS 12 geht nix mehr. Schicke die Kamara zurück. Gott sei Dank noch in der Frist...

Die App erlaubt nur Aufnahmen bis zu einer Länge von 3 Minuten.Auch manuell finde ich keine Möglichkeit,längere Sequenzen aufzuzeichnen. Wichtige Momente gehen so verloren.
In Zeiten wo Speicherplatz nahezu unbegrenzt zur Verfügung steht,sollte unbedingt die Möglichkeit bestehen,wenigstens manuell längere Sequenzen aufzunehmen.Ein Update diesbezüglich ist daher zwingend zu empfehlen.
