Lacking fittings like FIP reducers, male and female adapters, render this app useless. You can’t make a condensate iso without unions and male adapters, FPT x FIP fittings for clean outs. Needs attention. I do a lot of in kind maintence repair and replacement work. It be nice to take my field dimensions and be able to enter them afterwords once the general arrangement is established. ### 3/5 — Useful, but *2024-10-20* I use this for work, it’s useful but I can’t get it to let me place components, the sub tabs never show up. Also joining two lines together seems to be a little clunky. I’m using it on my iPhone, it’s very possible my issues are due to my device not being an iPad, but I do still enjoy the utility. Just wish I could make it even more so useful ### 2/5 — Lacking App *2024-06-20, version 0.23* It’s okay to do simple things and plan out a path for your pipeline but more intricate things seem impossible with this app. Also once connected you can’t relocate fittings without deleting and starting anew. So I purchased the upgraded version hoping it would have all of the vavles and stuff. Even after I paid for it they still don’t show up. An example I was drawing up a 4” welded line that has to reduce to 2” threaded and I couldn’t do it since it only allows 1 kind of type of joint per drawing ### 2/5 — such a good start *2023-03-08, version 0.20* I wish these people would update and keep working on the program, The rules need to be taken off, it will not allow you to place a thread-o-let on a weld cap, if i put a piece of pipe at 35 feet long its off the screen instead of scaling to proportion. It highlights the piece but even after holding it for 10 minutes it still doesn’t move when I drag. Responsivity should be reworked. Otherwise, the concept would be good. Must be a bug and I hope it gets fixed. For example I need to roll a 6” tee on a 45 to use a 45 in the drawing and jump over an existing line and I’m not able to do so. ### 5/5 — So much potential! *2024-06-12, version 0.23* This app is absolutely fantastic for on-the-job layout! It has a lot of everyday fittings and piping arrangements that can be used to help simplify a job site! That being said, I do wish the following features could be integrated to this app: 1) Ability to move fittings and pipe after they have been placed on the screen. 2) Ability to change label names for both pipes and fittings 3) Ability to place an overall dimension across multiple fittings to get a total dimension across multiple pipe runs and fittings 4) Ability to remove or include individual dimensions for each pipe run or fitting 5) Ability to modify or add fittings to the middle of pipe runs without having to delete everything up or downstream of the fitting being modified 6) Ability to orient TEE fittings (bull and run) both East to West and North to South. I know it seems like a lot but the developers are great! If they continue to build on this app, I could see this being offered as a tool both in the field as well as an educational setting! The annual subscription is worth every penny! It needs an update I feel when you draw a vertical pipe you should have the option to rotate the elbow (90) 45 degrees showing the horizontal plane in a hatch. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Great App *2021-11-10, version 0.16* Very useful app, I use it every day for drawings for fabrication, also use it for the BOM for ordering material, setting up hydro test packets, etc. The only issues I have, you cannot change/edit pipe sizes once you attach a fitting onto it, you can’t rotate fittings once you attach a flange. Another small issue, you cannot attach o-lets onto fittings, and I am having issues with attaching flanges onto weld o-lets. ### 5/5 — Great Pipe iso App *2021-03-25, version 0.13* Easy Isometric finally gives me the ability to create pipe isos from the field.
