Eine wirklich klasse App, die mir dabei hilft meine Ernährungsziele im Auge zu behalten. Am besten finde ich, dass der Entwickler über Plattformen wie TikTok erreichbar ist und auf Wünsche und Vorschläge eingeht. Das macht das Projekt nahbar. Leider funktioniert bei mir die Synchronisation der Apple Health Daten nicht mehr. Vielleicht könnte man das nochmal überarbeiten.

Finde die App wirklich sehr hilfreich, da ich alles tracken kann und so genau Mahlzeiten auf meine ketogene Ernährung abstimmen kann. Viele Rezeptideen und perfekter Support. Fragen, Fehler oder Verbesserungsvorschläge werden gut angenommen und so bald als möglich umgesetzt! Habe mir jetzt sogar die Premium-Version geholt. Voll zufrieden. Bitte weiter so!

Ich muss nach dem neusten Update meine konstruktive Kritik überarbeiten das sich auf die Begrenzung der Kohlenhydrate bezieht ich nutze die App selber 10 Monate für meine streng ketogene Ernährung dabei gefiel mir die App so gut das ich sie seit Oktober letzten Jahres weiterhin nutze obwohl ich mich nicht mehr keto ernähre bin von 120 Kilo runter 75-77 Kilo mir gefällt die App wirklich gut seit dem neusten Update sieht alles auch viel professioneller und optisch sehr schön aus

- Problem gelöst- die App hatte keine Berechtigung Mitteilungen zu senden -
Schade, dass das Werbeversprechen vor dem Kauf nicht eingehalten wird. Das Tracken von Wasser und Mahlzeit ist nicht möglich. Ich habe keine Supportmöglichkeit in der App gefunden.

Am Anfang fand ich die App ganz gut. Leider habe ich dann doch viele Mängel festgestellt. So ist es nicht möglich, die App mit Health zu verbinden, somit kann man die Bewegungserfolge nicht synchronisieren. Wirklich ärgerlich. Zudem ist man quasi gezwungen TikTok zu benutzen, um sich die Videos anzuschauen, die gerade für Anfänger sehr hilfreich sind. Produkte lassen sich schwer finden, Barcodes werden nicht erkannt und die Beschreibungen sind oft auf französisch, ebenso die Rezepte, was ein Mist. 39,99 Euro für die Katz. Am liebsten würde ich das Abo zurückgeben.

Die App ist super, leckerer Rezept und einfach nach machen, scannen der Produkte gibt dir immer die Info ab das Keto geeignet ist oder nicht, Mann kann sein Gewicht immer eintragen und den Verlauf sehen. Wer keine Lust hat eine Einkaufsliste zu schreiben kann das in der App machen. Einfach super.

Ich habe die App heute für 59,99 gekauft, also die teuerste Version! Ich kann sie nicht benutzen, da sie ständig hängen bleibt und das über Stunden! Wenn das so bleibt, wäre das dann echt eine Abzocke sondergleichen.

Nachtrag:
Nachdem ich die App jetzt eine Woche nutze, hier ein Nachtrag. Also, die App bleibt immer noch sehr oft hängen. Die Einblendung irgendwelcher Empfehlungen, die beim Öffnen kommt, ist so schnell wieder weg, dass man es gar nicht lesen kann. Viele Rezepte sind unvollständig oder die Nährwertangaben stimmen nicht. Die Nährwerte der Produkte bei der Suche danach stimmen auch oft nicht. Wenn man sie nicht schon kennt oder seine eigenen Produkte eingibt, sollte man sie auf jeden Fall kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls abändern. Die Mengenangabe ist nur 10 g-weise möglich. Es wäre sinnvoll, dass man 5 g-weise eingeben könnte.

Das einzige was ich positiv berichten kann, dass die Ausrechnung der Makros stimmt. Alles in allem ist die App nicht empfehlenswert, schon gar nicht für 59,99 Euro. Ich fühle mich abgezockt. Die App ist nicht mehr wert als 5 Euro!
