NEW: Customer Receipts
Generate a receipt for any customer from More > Customer Receipt.
Pick the customer, attach a job or leave it as a one-off payment,
enter the amount, date and payment method. Saves straight to the
customer's file so it shows on their profile.

NEW: Subcontractor Spend
More > Subcontractor Spend shows your total paid to subs, plus an
individual running total for every sub. Tap any sub to see their
full payment history. Also added a "By Subcontractor" breakdown
inside Expenses that follows whatever filters you have set.

NEW: Payment Confirmation
Subcontractors can now confirm payment right in the app. They open
"Confirm Payment Received", fill in the PO, amount, date and how
they were paid, sign on screen with their finger, and submit. The
signed form comes back to the office under More > Payment
Confirmations. You can also generate a prefilled form to send to
subs who aren't on the app.

FIXED: Deposit receipts were printing a "PAID IN FULL" stamp even
when a balance was still owed.
