I have 3 mortgages and when I enter an extra principal payment in one house, it changes ALL houses to that same value. Then, when adding an additional principal payment, the total amount to be paid does not change! Lastly, when the phone is used later, ALL of the extra principal amounts default to $100! They recently decided to change the app and imposible to use. Can’t costumize down payments easily, can’t calculation for terms other than their preset term. Even int rate is hard to type on. When I opened it up today the app is totally different (apparently a forced re-written “update”) and ALL my saved scenarios are gone! In addition the simple logical interface is now more cumbersome to use.I now have no faith in these developers and will be finding another for my needs.
