If you want to wait months for your items go ahead and order. I placed several orders thinking it was a one time fluke but it happened again. Don’t waist your time! ### 1/5 — Decline in customer service *2022-08-29* I originally gave this company a 5 star review 2 years ago. I have now decided to no longer order from them. Shipping is absolutely insane. During the live, Madi said shipping was 7-10 business days. 27 business days now and they have yet to ship my orders. I emailed them at 11 business days and they said it would be seen. I let it go. Things happen. I emailed them again at 24 business days and the answers again was soon. My 5 year old son picked out items to spend his birthday money on and he doesn’t understand why his money is gone, but he doesn’t have his items. Now I have a heartbroken child. If they cannot keep up with the demand, then cut back on the live sales. I see from reviews that I am not the only person with this issue. ### 1/5 — Don’t Shop Here *2022-08-19* If I could give zero stars I would! I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I have spent the last 5 weeks emailing back and forth with them just to get a simple question answered regarding an ETA on a pair of jeans I ordered. No direct answer….just policy quotes. No cancellations and no returns. Don’t do it! ### 1/5 — Not a happy customer *2022-07-09* I’ve shopped with easy peasy for awhile and at first they were great. Lately shipping times have been horrendous but yet they continue to sell the items they’re backed up on. I asked for a refund on an order that wasn’t going to arrive in time for my event I intended to wear it for and was told they Could not issue a refund once the order was placed. I had to prove in a description of the item from their app what they had the timeframe listed as and only then did they agree to a refund, as an account credit only. That’s horrible customer service in my opinion. When I’ve waited almost 6 weeks on this item and not to mention another item I’ve waited over 4months on and it literally just shipped out today. If you’re backed up that bad, stop selling those items. I’m still waiting on another item I’ve ordered over 2 months ago that was apparently part of a restock that they only mentioned when I contacted them about when I would get it. I tried to give them the benefit but after the customer service I received today, I will not be shopping with them anymore. There are other boutiques with better customer service and insanely better shipping times. ### 1/5 — Worst BOUTIQUE EVER *2022-06-24* This “Easy Peasy boutique” is anything BUT easy. I’ve been waiting over 3 months now on items from a $220 order that I placed back in March. I’ve asked several times for management phon numbers to call, however they don’t ever give it to me. I’ve emailed them back and forth for long enough now and they continue to disregard my concerns and questions and have officially been awarded for worst customer service ever in my book. I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service before. This boutique doesn’t even know what they’re talking about half the time. They keep telling me my shirt is “in production”… if you have one item still “in production” for over 3 months, you need to check your system. This is a total let down. I will never order from these people again and don’t advise anyone else to. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2022-05-31* I’ve never written a review for a place before but here we go. I ordered something on March 1st and just got it today, may 31st. I also ordered stuff a couple days after March first and had just gotten those items 2 weeks ago. I asked them to cancel my order because of the ridiculous amount of time it was taking and they told me they couldn’t. I order from a lot of boutiques and have never had this issue. Also, when I did get my items today, it was wrong. I was told I would be getting a cup to match the shirt and necklace and the cup was plain white nothing on it. If you Google them you will see all the reviews even on their FB page of orders backing all the way to January of people not getting their orders. Torn & send out wrong sizes time & time . Out fit tye dye would just come off on me while wearing & clothes stitching coming apart . No number to reach & don’t get back with you only . They make there items say sale just where you can’t return on sales items . When time ever did get response sent wrong outfits just respond I got a great deal babe !!! ? Makes no sense ! Be ware of this company looks good when you see them on them but it once you receive if you look at your item there will be lots of flaws . So sad gow they do business! I’ve ordered multiple times hoping it will get better. Everything takes 2-3 months to get to you. When it does it is often times missing something, the wrong item or the wrong size. Their response is always an apology and then they apply it to your account when it is their fault. I ordered 2 earrings, a mat and another item on June 21. I have still not received the pair of earrings. When I go into my account it says fulfilled and with a date of early august that I placed the order. I would not recommend buying from this boutique. They even using the product pictures from Temu. It’s crazy. Save your time and money…Temu has what this boutique has. You know why?! Because that’s where it comes from. If you order something you will wait months to POSSIBLY get it…I mean of course because they have to place the order to Temu after you order from the boutique. Also if you Email them and ask for an update…they are “backed up on shipping”. Next thing you know you have a store credit on what you bought. You won’t get a refund. Period. The lives are always so much fun to watch, they have the best prices around, and she always gives back. They are a small family owned family run business and I’m so thankful I found them when I did. Their graphic t’s are made and designed in house and they are always worth the wait! They have affordable prices and give away tons of credits and gifts in their live sales. Customer Service is easy to reach through email and as with every business during COVID I have to say not very many items have been delayed or credited back. However, they are very up front if something isn’t going according to plan. I love that they add in everyday useful items, kids fun during the holidays and accessories. The lives are very friendly and enjoyable to engage in! Yes, they are a small team processing orders for hundreds of people a day. A small business designing your graphic tees!!! They to are waiting for shipments to get to their customers and they don’t always show up on time or at all. I’ve ordered items from easy peasy for a lot less than I’ve seen them for with other boutiques so I’ll patiently wait! And I’ve always been treated 100% with total respect from their customer service.
