## What is Easy Pixelate?

Some things should not leave your phone.

A face in the background. A number plate. The address on a delivery slip. The name on a card you need to show someone. Before that photo goes into a message, a listing or a form, cover them.

Easy Pixelate does one thing. You trace, it hides.

WHAT IT DOES

PIXELATE
Drag your finger over anything you want gone and it turns to blocks. Only what you trace changes. The block size has ten steps, so you can go from lightly softened to completely unreadable.

Each stroke remembers the block size you used, so changing the slider never disturbs what you already covered.

PEN
Draw over something in a solid colour when blocks are not enough. Useful for striking through a line of text or ringing the part you want someone to look at.

TEXT
Put a word on the photo. "Sample", "Copy", a date, a name. Pick the size and the colour, and place it where you want.

YOUR ORIGINAL IS NEVER CHANGED

The photo you picked is left alone. What you make is written as a new image, at the original size unless you choose to shrink it.

SEE IT BEFORE YOU SAVE

Open the output settings and the app shows the finished picture at the size and quality you chose, along with the resulting file size. You can look at it at full magnification to check whether the blocks are coarse enough. Nothing is a surprise after the fact.

NOTHING IS UPLOADED

The photo never leaves the device. There is no account, no login, and it works in airplane mode.

That is the whole app. There is nothing else to learn.

The app follows your device language. It runs on iPhone and iPad.
