## What is Easy?

Easy-Post Mobile Companion brings the Easy-Post shipping console to iPhone. It pairs with a licensed Easy-Post Desktop installation through a single scan of a QR code, then mirrors the desktop workflow on the move — with no keys to type and nothing held in the clear.

TRACK EVERY SHIPMENT
Follow live carrier progress across every parcel in one list, sorted or filtered on demand, colour-coded by carrier, with an unmistakable icon for each delivery status. Open any shipment for the full scan history and a map of the journey from origin to latest location.

MANAGE ON THE MOVE
• Review and cancel scheduled collections
• Follow every refund request from submitted through to refunded or rejected
• Browse the full shipment history at a glance

TOOLS FOR INTERNATIONAL POST
• Look up Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes from the United States International Trade Commission, ready to paste into a customs declaration

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The interface is available in 27 languages, with dates and delivery statuses written the way each one writes them. Carrier names are left as the carriers write them.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
The production key never leaves the paired desktop in readable form. The companion holds only an encrypted device credential, and every request travels through a zero-custody relay that decrypts nothing it stores. Unpairing revokes the phone's access at any moment.

REQUIRES EASY-POST DESKTOP
A paid, activated Easy-Post Desktop licence is required to pair. Easy-Post Desktop is available for Windows and macOS from easy-post.spencerfields.com.

Nothing in the app has changed, and nothing has moved.

This update adds one thing: a prompt asking whether you would leave a rating. It appears only after the app has been useful on several separate days, never on the day it earns it, and never after something has gone wrong. Dismissing it costs nothing and it will not come back for months.

Corrects the journey map. Some scan locations were placed in the wrong country — a parcel delivered in Watford could appear off the coast of South America. Locations are now matched within the right country, taken from the carrier's own record or from the tracking number itself, and anywhere that cannot be identified with confidence is left off the map rather than guessed at.

This update adds a Refunds section. Every shipment with a refund request on it is gathered in one place — still waiting, refused or settled — with the parcel's own status, carrier, service and label cost beside it. Requesting a refund remains a desktop task; the companion reports on requests already made.

This update corrects the screenshots on this listing. Two of them showed forms for buying insurance and filing a claim, neither of which the app provides — both are handled in the desktop application. Tracking, shipment detail, reports and tariff lookup are unchanged.
