Finally a completely free app that’s actually good. It’s simple to use and I love that it has instructions and videos for each exercise. I also love how each exercise is organized by muscle group and you can search for an exercise based on the equipment you have

Finally a completely free app that’s actually good. It’s simple to use and I love that it has instructions and videos that show how to do each exercise correctly. I also love that it tells you which muscle group each exercise targets

This app is pretty much perfect, it’s simple which is just right for me. Also i like the layout, it’s not bland nor over the top. And with it you can track all your lifts and have full control over your split + exercise choices. if your thinking about getting an app to track your lifts get this one! trust me bro its method 💪
