What's New in Easy Reps

4.3.1

July 21, 2026

This update is a major stability and accuracy release. We fixed a wide range of bugs across history, stats, imports, the watch app, and the Lock Screen — plus a new app icon to make it yours. New app icon • Personalize your Home Screen — there's a new app icon to choose from in Settings. Your workout history is safer • Fixed a serious bug where deleting a single set could wipe out that whole exercise's history for the session. • Finishing a workout can no longer save a duplicate — and if a save ever fails, your workout is kept so you can retry instead of losing it. • Set notes now save correctly and persist after you close the app. • Renaming an exercise no longer splits its history, personal records, and progress charts into two. • Deleting or editing a history entry that fails no longer leaves your data in a weird state. More accurate stats & charts • "Days ago" labels and dates are now correct (a month-old workout no longer shows as "this week"). • Personal records are now compared only against earlier workouts, never future ones. • Estimated 1-rep-max is now calculated consistently everywhere in the app. • Combined-volume charts no longer mix cardio distance/time into your weight totals. • Progress charts and tooltips now select and display the correct workout, including renamed ones. • Fixed a crash that could occur in all-time stats, and stats and the home-screen widget now refresh correctly at the start of a new day. Import & export • CSV imports of workouts and history now work correctly (previously many rows were silently skipped). • Re-importing the same backup no longer duplicates your exercises and sets. • Weights imported from Hevy now convert to your chosen unit — kg users no longer see inflated numbers. • Imports now honestly report whether they succeeded, and notes and names with quotation marks import correctly. Building & editing workouts • Deleting a workout no longer leaves orphaned data behind. • Duplicating a workout now copies everything — rest timers, distances, notes, and the description. • "Cancel" while editing an exercise now truly discards your changes, and switching tracking mode no longer reverts. • New custom exercises are numbered correctly, removed duplicate exercises from the picker and search, and fixed plate-calculator weights like 57.5 getting rounded off. Apple Watch • Joining a workout from your watch mid-session no longer resets your calorie count. • A freshly started watch workout is no longer immediately cancelled by a delayed sync, and stale offline commands can no longer disrupt a different in-progress workout. Live Activity & Lock Screen • The workout timer no longer drifts ahead after you pause. • The rest-timer countdown no longer freezes at 0:00 on the Lock Screen. • kg users no longer briefly see "lbs" when a workout starts. Strava, settings & more • A brief network hiccup no longer disconnects your Strava account, and uploaded activities now show the correct start time. • Onboarding no longer reappears every launch, denying Health access no longer zeroes out your body weight, and the iCloud Sync toggle is now respected. • Switching the app's language updates instantly, and the app recovers gracefully instead of crashing if data fails to load at launch. • Plus dozens of smaller reliability and syncing fixes throughout.

🔥🔥🔥

Finally a completely free app that’s actually good. It’s simple to use and I love that it has instructions and videos that show how to do each exercise correctly. I also love that it tells you which muscle group each exercise targets
