系統自動加值、自動退款、又再次加值，最後我的款項卻憑空消失。查閱交易明細時，甚至發現上個月的中獎發票獎金也被列入交易紀錄，但餘額卻完全沒有反映。

致電客服後，姓簡的專員不但沒有針對問題說明，反而不停用話術混淆視聽，把我原本自行儲值的 500 元和中獎發票獎金刻意混為一談，試圖模糊焦點，完全沒有正面回應款項去向。

真正令人失望的，不只是系統的問題，而是客服處理態度。當一間公司教育員工的方式，是利用話術迴避問題，而不是查明真相、保障消費者權益，那消費者又怎麼敢相信這間公司的服務？這種處理方式，真的很難不讓人對公司的誠信與管理產生嚴重質疑。
