I have tried many diets and weight loss plans over the last 35 years but never hypnotherapy. I cannot believe how much this has changed my eating habits and the effect was immediate. I do not crave snacks and don’t feel hungry. I thoroughly recommend giving this a try.

I purchased this app after watching ‘How to lose weight well’ on BBC. The presenter was hypnotised into eating grasshoppers! I don’t have lots of weight to lose, but always find the last stone very difficult! I was skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. I like the relaxation element as my GP has recommended meditation to help with anxiety. I used it during the day initially then with headphones in bed for the rest of the week. I can honestly say that from day 1 I have not had any cravings - don’t even think about food until meal time! Usually when dieting food and meal planning is all I can think of. I am eating less as I feel full quicker - I have always finished the food on my plate whether I’m full or not. I’m am so surprised at the results - not sure whether it’s psychological or actual effects of hypnotism, but who cares!!! Just hoping that things continue.

Maybe I just don't get it. The app amounts to essentially 5 different tracks, 3 of them repeated with slight variations. They're very short and make references to "our other products" or "when we work on this I'll ask you to do X" but I can't find where those other things actually are. When I clicked on the Complimentary Products link I just see a PDF and a short video about something totally different.

After struggling to lose weight, I downloaded this app and, despite being sceptical, after listening to a few sessions I gradually started to lose weight. I never felt I was on a 'diet', but I noticed my attitude and approach to food was changing and as a result I was losing weight with very little effort. Very impressed with this app.

I have used this for years. I'm at and have maintained my weight goal so I use for relaxation and maintenance. Soothing voice and sounds. Would give 5 stars if it incorporated binaural technology. 
One of the best out there.
