Einzelne Übungen oder ganze Trainingseinheiten, lassen sich zeitsparend und ohne viel Vorkenntnisse schnell und einfach zusammen fügen. Ob am PC, im Handy oder, dem Tablet auf dem Platz, der vorgefertigte oder selbst erstellte Trainingsplan ist überall dabei. Eine Klasse Funktion ist das Einbinden von Videodateien in den Trainingsplan, somit kann man auch direkt fertige Videos auf dem Platz oder in der Kabine zeigen. Die App ist für wirklich jeden Trainer oder Trainerpapa/mama, leicht verständlich und schnell intuitiv nutzbar. Ich bin aktuell E- Jugendtrainer, ohne Trainerschein und ohne viele Vorkenntnisse und nutze die App seit meinem Einstieg ins Trainergeschäft in der F Jugend.
