## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nothing easy about it

*2021-07-20, version 1.2*

It doesn’t take pictures of the plates properly. I mean maybe lighting is an issue, but this is for parking lots, right? Camera tracking seems buggy at best and doesn’t follow present device orientation. And I assume this is all wrapped into a service that is supposed to find license plate data, but that’s a big swindle too.

### 1/5 — How does this work and what is it’s purpose?

*2019-01-11, version 1.0*

I scanned a few plates and I could not even click anything to see the plates I scanned or the data about them. It’s almost like I’m just sending you pics of my personal data for no reward. I will change this if I find a way to atleast see the previous plates I scanned.

### 2/5 — It does have potential buuuut

*2021-09-27, version 1.2*

It won’t let me make multiple routes, or delete pre existing rules for the one route I made, it’s a shame really

### 4/5 — Looks very promising!

*2019-05-01, version 1.0*

I just signed up for a free trial but I do believe this will be a helpful tool to monitor our parking lots. There does seem to be a few glitches and room to grow to make the website and app a little more user friendly/intuitive.

### 5/5 — EasyALPR has saved our butts!

*2022-02-15, version 1.2*

It’s a great solution for managing our parking. We have spots reserved for tenants however sometimes random people park there, blocking tenant spots and sometimes making tenants nervous. Being able to have staff go on quick patrols to scan the unknown cars helps us keep track and know who to report. It’s fast, easy, and far cheaper than alternatives.

### 5/5 — TCOB

*2019-01-28, version 1.0*

We used to use a clipboard to patrol our lot of around 350 spaces and trying to cross reference with our employee list was very challenging. This app has changed the game for us and allowed us to issue warnings when people violated our parking rules. The site looks really nice and is easy to use.

### 5/5 — Does the Job

*2019-01-28, version 1.0*

App works as described. Facility folks don’t like new technology that much but they like this one.

### 5/5 — Saves us so much time

*2019-01-28, version 1.0*

I’m a property manager for a medium sized office park, located near some downtown stores. Some people try to park in our lot to avoid paying for street parking, but then the people who actually work here can’t find a spot when they get back from their lunch breaks. We can’t issue parking permits, since we have legitimate guests all the time. We’ve been addressing the problem by patrolling the lots multiple times per day, with a clipboard.

We decided to give EasyALPR a try, and we’ve saved so much time tracking vehicles and catching unregistered cars. The patrol was nearly a full time job, and was distracting us from more important work.

### 5/5 — Easy and Helpful App

*2019-01-28, version 1.0*

We have a small retail mall and we use this app to patrol on foot. We used to track all of our records on clipboards and paper. Now I can simply use my phone to scan plates when I patrol. When I get back to my desk I access the website to view the results. But the app works really well and I would recommend it.

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2017-04-21, version 1.0*

It's been reliably scanning license plates on my daily commute, so cool!
