搜索界面的地点提供不够全面和充足，很多时候大地点和小地址很混乱，中国人使用微信支付居然不能直接跳转支付哦，导致根本没办法买票

We booked with Easybook and chose Cityline as bus operator. But when we arrived at pickup point we were picked up by some random bus and then transferred again to another bus which was also some random operator with no seats assignment. Paid high cost for low cost service

Bought 100% refund insurance in case of cancellation. Turns out the claim policy allows very limited cases for refund. A big letdown. Do not even think of buying the insurance as they would hardly be sympathizing with your difficulty. Had to cancel the bus trip to Genting at least 6 days prior to the departure due to a sudden work commitment. No refund given after more than 3 weeks wait.

Despite having 3 valid tickets bought from 12go for a bus from Penang to Cameron highlands I was asked to download this app, pay addition money to check in. What made it even worse is each passenger had to be checked in separately - this meant putting my card details in the app 3 times taking 15 minutes and almost missing the bus. Absolute disgrace of Penang bus station to use this system.

I tried to make a payment using PayNow and redeemed 1,000 easiPoints, but the transaction failed due to a system error. While the bank payment was not deducted, the 1,000 easiPoints were still deducted and have not been returned. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide a screenshot, but there is no easiPoint transaction history in the app to verify the deduction. This makes it difficult to track or report such issues.

Type in location you want to leave from, it’s fine. 

Type in the location you want to go, nothing comes up! No suggested places, nothing when you press search, tried this with multiple locations. 

So you can’t actually search for anything, what a great app🙂

I’m not sure who is leaving these positive reviews.

The app is terrible. You could vibe-code something much better in one hour.

It asks the same questions again and again. When you type in a phone number, it changes your country. Even worse, you can’t pay with Apple Pay. Or any pay for that matter, it shows card option and allows only paypal lol

Honestly, even a school kid could make a better app. If I were the developer, I would be ashamed to put my name on this.

Hati”, 2x beli tiket bus pakai apps ini datanya nggak sinkron sama bus di terminal. 

Jam keberangkatan di tiket dan jam keberangkatan bus di terminal nggak sama, 1x busnya udh berangkat duluan  (untungnya ada kloter keberangkatan bus yg sama selanjutnya, jadi tiket masih diterima, tapi jadinya telat) dan 1x busnya nggak jalan, jadi terpaksa beli tiket lagi di terminal.

Kata supir bus di lapangan, tiket dari apps ini mungkin nyampek ke kantor PO, tapi kantor tidak menyampaikan ke kondektur (jika benar, mungkin ini masalah di POnya) 

Namun kalaupun itu kesalahan dari PO, lalu tanggung jawab aplikasi sebagai yg jual tiket online bagaimana? Karena bagi saya harga tiket di apps lebih mahal saya tidak masalah, tapi kalau data tidak sinkron ini merugikan. Saya harap segera diperbaiki

操作失误，取消订单之后不让退款，要消费者自己承担费用，自己花钱重新买票，说什么给官网发邮件或者whatsapp可以联系处理，沟通成本极高，回复很慢也得不到解决。对于去马来西亚旅游的旅客来说极不友好，我相信马来西亚本地人都不会去下载使用这个app，就是坑旅客的，旅客也没办法投诉举报。流氓软件，千万不要下载，希望apple store把这个软件下架了。
