The calorie range is too big and not accurate. The AI assistant says the same things every day, pretty much at the same time of day. Or clear data from the screen! Also, it gives a broad range of calories and you have to fine tune the number through your own knowledge of calorie counting. Circles forever and you get an error message telling you can’t “ write against a ready only replica”. In other words, I have been ripped off! Requires a good deal more input to get to more accurate data, which then can take multiple tries to save properly. This is true whether I type in a description, take a photo of the mean or the nutrition label. Might have potential but it’s not close to ready. It’s not at all as easy to use as they say it is and there is no support with it. I have twice messaged them and no response. I’ve tried to get a refund and no help there either. Worst app purchase I have even made. It is all in grams which is not the way we are trained to think about portions in the US. I can guess my amount by cups but have absolutely no concept of what that weighs in grams. Forgot I had this until it renewed on my card. Reached out to cancel and got an email with links that didn’t work. I never downloaded the app and went to website to cancel subscription and used the contact info and tried to send an email to cancel and it would not send! ### 1/5 — Made it very difficult to cancel *2025-07-29, version 2.5.2* I tried this, and it was all AI – nothing. I couldn’t have figured out myself. I very quickly canceled it and got a confirmation email back. I didn’t look at it closely, and it required me to go back and download the app, create an account, manage my account and delete my account. I didn’t even make an account when I tried it out for a few hours. Seems like a way to keep people roped in.
