I’ve had this app on my Apple TV’s for 4 years and use it to stream my movie collection ripped from old dvd’s I’ve collected over the years to my TV’s around the house all the time. It does what it says it should do and is easier to use than WD’s own. In my opinion it’s a great app. ### 1/5 — Customer support nonexistent *2022-06-03* First off they should have no stars. I have sent several emails about the app for Apple TV not working. I have been waiting for a response since May 17th and nothing. And all there other apps do not work. I had to get refunds frim Apple. They just take your money and when upgrades to Apple products happen, and the app breaks - they already have your money and have no incentive to fix the app, because you cannot get anyone. You cannot locate a proper telephone number for the company. If you do it does not work. John ### 5/5 — Work great *2019-12-08, version 6.8* So fare I am using this app on my iPad, Apple TV,and iPhone and it work seamless. The pictures show almost instant ally and the video start in the second you press play. Keep in mind you are limited by your connection. The WD app is heavy it need to load the picture in cache before doing anything so this app put shame on WD because there own app is not as good as the competition can do. This app will have more visibility if they are offering a trial period. Highly recommend!! ### 5/5 — Great app for wd my cloud *2018-04-07* This is an incredible app and I love it as it is an easy way to view stored content on Apple TV. The only wish I had was that I’d like to be able to customize the views and sorting. As of right now there is no way to shrink the initial view from thumbnails to a details view like most media players and there is no way to sort from A to Z. It o Ly sorts by date.
