## What is EasyConnect?

EasyConnect is a digital financial platform that currently assists External Asset Managers (EAMs), Securities Houses,Family office and Private Banks, in conducting structured product transactions and team collaboration. We are committed to expanding our range of financial products to include new instruments such as funds and bonds, with the goal of becoming a diversified financial services platform that caters to the needs of various users.

In terms of structured product inquiries and order placement, EasyConnect has established integration with multiple issuers' quotation systems, reducing the time cost associated with obtaining quotes and placing orders. Users can compare quotes from different issuers on our platform to select the most favorable and place orders accordingly. Additionally, our platform facilitates team collaboration among users, enabling communication and cooperation when new investment opportunities arise.

After order completion, EasyConnect will manage the lifecycle of the executed products, monitoring events that occur within the product lifecycle and providing notifications, thereby assisting users in better managing the products under their responsibility.

As a professional digital financial platform, EasyConnect will expand the range of products we cover in the future, offering more professional and efficient financial services to clients globally.
