I ordered for a dispatch and it’s not picking since morning and I’ve been debited

App is great but service needs great improvement.  No one is asking you to reinvent the wheel. Others offer this service and are successful at it. The whole idea of waiting endlessly for a rider should be addressed. I’m only still using the service because I have money in the wallet.

This company is very unprofessional, even the owner of the the business is selfish and self centered, you can ask the riders.

I’ve tried to make deliveries using this app like four times now, but to no avail. What I want now is a way to withdraw my funds that is hanging in the app.
