I have tried everything and it will not get past the loading page. It took a while to find a workable email to message, I hope someone gets back to me. The app is showing in purchases not subscription so no way, that I can see at least, for me to actively cancel the auto renewal that will occur in four weeks and apple cannot refund the purchase, the company will need to. Hopefully they will refund and cancel the trial membership for me to resolve this issue. If so, happy to change star rating.
