Absolute garbage app and service. Ordered gas through Easy Gas, and despite the app claiming it was "dispatched," it took TWO HOURS to arrive, unacceptable for something as basic as gas delivery. Customer support is a complete joke; they fed me lies about "following up" and never got back to me, leaving me hanging with zero updates. The app’s UX is a nightmare clunky, unintuitive, and looks like it was designed in the Stone Age. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app at all costs. Complete waste of time and trust.
