### 1/5 — absolut unbrauchbare und unzuverlässige App!!!!!!!

Ich bin wirklich fassungslos, wie schlecht diese App ist. Ich wurde gerade im Zug kontrolliert und mein Deutschlandticket von der Uni ist in EasyGo hinterlegt. Die App zeigt mir eindeutig an, dass mein Ticket bis Ende März 2026 gültig ist. Als die Kontrolleurin den Code gescannt hat, wurde ihr jedoch angezeigt, dass mein Ticket vom letzten Monat sei. Komplett widersprüchlich und extrem peinlich.

Mir wurde dann gesagt, ich solle mich aus- und wieder einloggen. Nach dem Ausloggen kam ich aber überhaupt nicht mehr in meinen Account rein. Plötzlich seien meine E-Mail oder mein Passwort falsch. Die Angaben sind zu 100 % korrekt, ich habe sie mir extra notiert und benutze sie regelmäßig – auch, weil man aus dieser App ständig einfach so ausgeloggt wird.

Passwort ändern funktioniert natürlich auch nicht. Man klickt auf „Passwort vergessen“ und wartet auf die E-Mail, aber es kommt einfach nichts an. Kein Spam, kein Hinweis, gar nichts. Man ist komplett ausgesperrt.

Am Ende steht man im Zug da, mit einem eigentlich gültigen Ticket, und kann nichts vorzeigen, weil diese App technisch versagt. Für eine Ticket-App ist das einfach inakzeptabel. Unzuverlässig, schlecht umgesetzt und absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig. Durch EasyGo hatte ich unnötigen Stress und Ärger. Nicht zu empfehlen.

I am a student and had experience several glitches in the app like barcode issue and automatically logging out. I hope they resolve these glitches asap to make it better.

The app does not have the technical background to add the semester ticket to your Apple Wallet, thus, access to the information of ticket holder and QR code cannot be easier via iPhone and Apple Watch.

Hatte die App jetzt einige Jahre. Habe sie sowohl in Köln als auch in Halle benutzt. Derzeit in Bonn und seit mehr als 3 oder 4 Wochen kann man keine Verbindungen mehr laden. Es ist schlichtweg unmöglich. 
Hab am Anfang gehofft das wird schnell behoben aber noch über einem Monat warten ist mir es auch zu blöd und wird deshalb gelöscht. 
Man sollte definitiv mehr und eloquenter an der App und deren Bugs arbeiten!

Also ich benutze diese App schon seit ungefähr 2 Jahren und finde sie supper! Das einzige was ich blöd finde ist bei der S-Bahn: nämlich das nicht angezeigt wird auf welchem Gleis ich hin muss sonder noch auf die Haltestelle darauf drücken muss. Trotzdem 5 Sterne 😊

Ich finde es schade dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt eine Ticken online zu kaufen außer man bezahlt über Handyrechnung und diese Funktion hatte ich beim Abschluss deaktivieren lassen es wäre schön wenn diese Funktion noch dazukommen würde
