Share Contact Lists with Your Team: 

Keep your business contacts separate from your personal contacts in your phone while also providing instant access to your organization’s contacts in order to send a text, email, call or push notification directly to any or all employees. Locate critical company information at the swipe of a screen. Make onboarding of new hires more seamless by using the profile picture feature, allowing employees to literally “put a face to a name.” Sync your EasyGrouper contacts with your mobile contact list for enhanced functionality, or to keep your personal and business contacts separate. The choice is up to you.

Group company personnel by anything you need for example location or by teams, divisions, or departments. Build teams (Groups) and create Locations on an as-needed basis to better streamline employee information sharing.  Use “private” mode when sharing sensitive or proprietary information. Quickly send group emails to a whole department or send a text to specific individuals within that group.

I love this app, I use this all the time for my team that I have been coaching and I also have a separate account I use for my business. It gives you the ability to share specific information to particular groups. I’ve set up a group for our offense and I have the playbook on the information page so all the kids have the playbook right on there phone. I also use this for my business and the alert feature being able to send alerts at the last minute to everyone in the company is really useful. Great app!

We use this app at work almost daily! It’s a great way to easily contact coworkers and find out their “status” too. It was also helpful when I first started working at the company and having coworker’s pictures with their name so I can easily reference who is who. The group portion of the app is also really helpful for dividing up the different projects we have going on. I would highly recommend!

EasyGrouper is a very effective app for business. The contact sync is nice to see who is calling when your coworkers call via EasyGrouper. Having all my coworkers contact information in one place on the app has been very helpful. Setting your status when out on the road or on vacation is a great feature as well.

The company that I work for has been on Easygrouper for about a year now and I have to say that it has gotten me out of a jam more than a few times.  In past organizations i have worked for, my ability to coordinate and contact my colleagues was dependent on my diligence to update and add to my contact list.  During this time I remember switching phones a few times putting my contact list in a state of flux for the first few days during transition.  Now that I am connected by Easygrouper to all of my co-workers I don't have that "OH S*%!" scramble moment when I need contact information immediately to make a call or pass it along to a client or potential customer.

One of the cool features that I like is the group function.  While it has several angles of use my company uses it to group together member of a project team and provide vital information about our client contacts as well as their organizations. With this capability we are also able to send group text and e-mails without the need to scroll through the list of employees.  Even though my company is just under 50 people I can see how this would benefit larger companies more than it benefits us in my humble opinion.
