## What is easyHR Wellness?

easyHR is an Apple Watch heart-rate app for everyday people and families. It is for overnight peace of mind, not for sports training.

Made for: checking whether your heart runs too fast or too slow at night, and sharing a simple report with family.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Tap once to start long monitoring, including sleep
• Colors show too low, low, normal, high, too high
• The Watch buzzes on high or low; iPhone also shows the time and the number
• Records: average, lowest, and highest in large type
• Export a PDF with labeled time and beats-per-minute; long sessions split by time
• Save to iPhone Files and share by Messages, Mail, or chat apps
