Save your frequently used items once and quickly add them to invoices and estimates via picker or suggestion – with or without a price. • Per-line VAT: enter prices as tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive per item – ideal for products with gross prices. • Creating an invoice from an estimate now carries over the small-business (Kleinunternehmer) setting automatically. • Optionally open a new invoice directly – the type chooser can be skipped. • Line items remember your last-used type (product/service). • Improved contact import (vCard): more reliable detection and a loading indicator. • Bug fixes and translation corrections. ### 1.10 — 2026-07-08 Thanks for all your feedback! This update delivers many of your most-requested improvements: New • Custom expense categories: Create your own categories in Settings, rename the built-in ones, reorder them, and pick matching icons (SF Symbols). All 13 defaults are still there — now fully customizable. • Private or business clients: Add clients as an individual or a company. For private clients there's no company name — just a name — and fields like the VAT ID are hidden. • Fold marks (DIN 5008): Optional fold and hole marks along the left edge for a perfect fit in window envelopes. Available for invoices, estimates, and reminders. • Document font size: Choose your PDF font size (10/11/12 pt) in Settings. • Multi-select for expenses: Select several expenses and delete them in one step. Improved • "Import expenses" (CSV) now works reliably — the Import button responds correctly to your column mapping. • Cleaner "Create" menu (Mac): Invoice, Estimate, Client, Project, Expense, and Time Entry are neatly grouped in one submenu. • Custom categories are fully included in Backup & Restore and iCloud sync, so they're available on all your devices.
