Purchase cost $1.99, but if you wanted to create your drips, you needed to upgrade to the PRO series for an additional $4.99. This app doesn't have standard drips, and you must make each one manually. The main description is misleading and does not state the additional cost for the PRO version, which doesn't have any additional standard medication information. If you don't know the concentration of medications you won't be able to complete the information needed for the drips.

**Developer response:** App Store refunds are very straightforward, as to guarantee user satisfaction. If you were unable to obtain a refund, please send us an email. Although EasyIV fully abides by Apple's very strict guidelines and thorough review process that prohibit any activity deemed misguiding, we reviewed are platform in version 4.1 and removed the Pro upgrade to avoid misunderstandings. 
Regarding the app providing standard medication information, App Store Guidelines section 1.4.2 clearly state that "Drug dosage calculators must com from the drug manufacturer, a hospital, ...", a very wise decision by Apple to avoid outdated or incorrect drug information. Many other apps violating this statement have been unable to release new versions for this reason.
