Now i can't connect to my surveillance camera its been about 2 months. It works on my husband Galaxy Note 3 but not on iphones anymore... Disappointed. The activity listing helps finding activity much easier and video quality is good. When downloading a snapshot the image in the camera roll is distorted horizontally which will require correction in a 3rd party application and on occasion the app will hang when playing back video at a high rate of speed but will pick back up if the play button is selected. While not as elegant at the OpenEye MDVR app it does work and the free price is welcoming! Now only if they could release an iPad app! ### 3/5 — Finally Updated! *2017-10-18* 10-18-2017 Finally an updated and I have confirmed it does work on iOS 11. The reason for 3 Stars was for the complete lack of support from OpenEye for their past customers that supported them. App was last updated May 27, 2015 and it's October 11 2017!!!!! I called tech support 2 weeks prior to the launch of iOS 11 and told them that their app would not work on iOS 11. Their response "that's news to us?" Really?!?! I have over 40 customers that use your app and I had to send them a text blast telling them not to update to iOS 11, if not they won't be able to access their DVRs. Sadly a quarter of them did update and can't access their DVRs. I called tech support again and this them tech support tells me "yeah we have had a lot of calls about this." No kidding genius!!! I warned you idiots about it weeks before the launch of iOS 11. What's the ETA on an update? "We don't have one". This company could careless. When Openeye dropped coax support, we dropped them.
