Probably because the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and now it’s incompatible. ### 1/5 — NUVICO OUT OF BUSINESS *2018-07-28, version 2.0.1.2.13* Nuvico went out of business a couple years ago. They were there one day and gone the next. The abruptly closed with absolutely no exit strategy for their dealers and customers. I had a bunch of customers with useless DVR’s and NVR’s asking me why their remote viewing apps stopped working. If I could sue them I would, but there’s no company to sue! A**HOLES! ### 1/5 — Liked old app a lot better *2017-11-09, version 2.0.1.2.13* We used EasyNet for four years with no issues....when we updated our iPhone to iOS11, we could no longer use that app....please update the EasyNet app to work with iOS11....EasyNetHD2 is absolutely terrible!! ### 1/5 — Broken with iOS 11 *2017-09-25, version 2.0.1.2.13* The old app is unusable now with ios11 and now this horrible app they put out doesn’t even work with my camera system.
