The machine was not working, so stupidly I downloaded this app following instructions from qr code. They charged me 20 euros and then discovered it was for Bermuda!! They don’t refund you!! ### 5/5 — Love this app! *2024-09-30* The gate functionality is the best especially when it is raining and you don’t have to get out of your car. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2023-07-31, version 5.3.62* App via a q r code in a car park in Sardinia where the machines weren’t working. You are forced to add your credit card details and then find a parking spot - and yet - no parking spot available other than in Bermuda! Contacted for a refund, so far denied. I have an account which I can log into via the website but the app just keeps telling me “wrong login details” and when I click to change my password, it doesn’t recognize my email.
