### 1/5 — Useless for viewing Work Days

Since April 1, the app has been malfunctioning, failing to display any of my work days or hours, as well as those of my associates. This has made it difficult for us to stay connected and coordinate cover when someone needs to fill in for a shift.  

I have already reached out to my HR department for assistance, but they are unaware of any ongoing issues. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as it seems there may be a bug affecting the app since that date. Please note that this is not a belated April Fool's joke; it's a genuine concern that needs to be addressed.

not sure if my app is glitching but it shows “shift opened “ and “shift up for grabs” in my notifications, but it doesn’t give me the option to pick up the shifts under the “open” or “grab” tabs.

I have downloaded and deleted this app multiple times but it will never accept my username and password. I can log in through safari without an issue. App never works. :(

Update 2/2/22: Getting a lot of feedback from staff that were able to log in, that they wish they could see the department view and not just their personal view on the app.

As a Staffing Coordinator I could not live without EasyShifts! It makes my world a much happier place to be. The team at EasyShifts is amazing and always there to help! They go above and beyond.

Easy shift is so organized and easy to use. Employees of all ages are able to navigate through it. I really appreciate being able to empower our employees to take control of their own schedule

This app has proven to be easy for staff to use! They are able to really take control with shift changes and putting shifts up for grabs. From a manager’s standpoint this is so helpful, it really makes scheduling so much easier!

I really love this app for my volunteer shifting. Hasn’t glitched on me and as long as the person that manages the back end is good and well aware it should be great!!
