EasySign: DNIe, PDF, AutoFirma

EasySign is an independent app developed by Welbits. It is not an official app, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Spanish government or any public administration, and it does not replace free official procedures: it is a client for using your own DNIe or your own certificate from your iPhone. Identify yourself and sign with your Spanish DNIe or your digital certificate, and complete compatible AutoFirma procedures while keeping control of every request. YOUR SPANISH DNIe, ON YOUR iPhone • Identify yourself on public-administration websites with your DNIe from the built-in browser: hold the card to your iPhone and carry on in the page, with no card reader and no computer. • Sign PDF documents with the DNIe by holding it to the top of your iPhone. • If you would rather not type the CAN and PIN for every procedure, you can save them and unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. They stay in this iPhone’s keychain only, never sync to iCloud, and you can delete them at any time. • Your card is never modified, and you can remove it from EasySign whenever you like. The private key never leaves the card: every signature happens inside the DNIe itself. • Requires an iPhone with NFC and a contactless DNIe. Verified on the current DNIe 4.0; older 3.0 cards are not yet verified. iPads have no NFC. The DNIe is Spain’s national identity card, so these features appear where it applies. SIGN PDF DOCUMENTS • Review the document and selected certificate before signing. • Create PAdES B-B, B-T, B-LT and B-LTA signatures, from basic signing and trusted timestamps to long-term validation evidence. • Save the signed copy wherever you choose. COMPATIBLE AUTOFIRMA PROCEDURES • Open compatible afirma:// requests from public-administration websites. • On iPhone and iPad, use the built-in browser when a website expects a desktop signing flow. • Review the requesting website, operation, documents and certificate before approving anything. YOUR CERTIFICATES STAY YOURS Private keys remain protected by Apple’s Keychain and are never exported to a website. Signing is performed locally, and EasySign does not require an account. ONE-TIME UNLOCK Adding your DNIe or your certificates, reviewing documents and inspecting signing requests are free. Signing, and identifying yourself on government sites, need a single lifetime purchase with no subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Settings. TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY There is no trial period and no free signatures, but you can still check it works with your own card before paying. Adding your DNIe already performs a real read of the card: if it saves, your DNIe and your iPhone are compatible. Settings then has a section for trying the rest — signing a demonstration document with your certificate or your DNIe, saving it and checking the result, without paying anything. WORKS WITH The Spanish DNIe over NFC (verified on the 4.0 card), digital certificates installed on the device from the usual certification authorities, Spanish public-administration websites, and procedures that ask for AutoFirma.
