## What is EasyStart Web?

To use this app you require:
- Eberspächer pre-heater (Hydronic or Airtronic)
- EasyStart Web control unit
- User account under www.myeberspaecher.com
- Connection services (connectivity) for 12 months

Experience the following functions on your smartphone:
- Switching on and off
- Timer function for up to 3 events
- Automatic running time calculation
- Undervoltage warning for the vehicle battery
- Display of the current status (e.g. operating state, interior temperature, timer)
  - Setting of the required setpoint temperature (ATTENTION: only for air heaters, for water heaters the setting at the control unit of the vehicle is decisive)

It also offers you the following:
- Access to the best available mobile phone network
- No need to insert or exchange a SIM card
- Flat rate for 12 months' connectively can be booked conveniently and cost-effectively
- Roaming function enables operation abroad without additional costs

How to set up your access to your EasyStart Web:
- Open the website www.myeberspaecher.com.
- Create a new user account.
- Log in and add your EasyStart Web via IMEI.
- Run through the payment process (Visa, MasterCard and Sofortüberweisung (immediate bank transfer) are accepted)).
- Visit http://bit.do/webprices to view the prices. Any internet costs incurred for use of your smartphone (if a mobile phone connection is used) depend on your provider and contract.
- Now log into this app using your access data.
- You can now control your Eberspächer pre-heater conveniently and regardless of range using an internet-based app!

Die zum Betrieb der Heizung und einem zusätzlich nötigen jährlichen Bezah- Abo erforderliche App ist unzureichend.

Hier könnte man mehr erwarten als das absolute Minimum an Funktion und Information bezüglich des Gerätebetriebs.

Ich hebe diese App nun schon ein Jahr. Ja sie funktioniert aber eben nicht optimal. Wie schon mehrfach erwähnt ist die Voreinstellung nicht möglich und auch nicht speicherbar. Für eine App die ich auch noch bezahlen muss hätte ich mehr erwartet. Schade

Komplett funktionslos. Sind sehr enttäuscht. Gibt es für diese App keine alternative? Haben viel Geld bezahlt damit es Wireless geht aber ständig geht es nicht.

Meine Heizung geht seit einer Woche nicht.

wie soll es erst mit anderen Teilen von Eberspächer weitergehen ? Habe meine Daten hinterlassen, Datenschutzerklärung bestätigt und dann tut sich gar nichts. Schwaches Bild für eine „Weltfirma“ 🥴. Also bediene ich die Heizung wie früher über das Paneel im Fahrzeug.

Die App funktioniert von Beginn an nicht. Aber 29€ abkassieren.
Habe nun mehrfach erfolglos die App durch Löschen und neu installieren versucht zum Laufen zu bekommen.

Als Premiumanbieter einen kostenpflichtigen Dienst anzubieten ist völlig i.O. Hier kann jeder selbst entscheiden ob ihm die Kosten es wert sind.
Aber Geld zu nehmen für einen Dienst der nicht funktioniert ist sehr schwach. Scheinbar ist auch keiner interessiert die Nichtfunktion abzustellen.
Lediglich eine Mail über einen Anbieterwechsel zu erhalten. Mit Fristsetzung von einer Woche, ansonsten wird der nicht funktionierende Dienst gekündigt. Eine Frechheit! Sorgt lieber dafür, das der bezahlte Dienst auch läuft.
