## What is EasySwapsEV?

EasySwaps: EV makes shared workplace EV charging fair — no arguments, no awkward confrontations, no waiting around wondering if the charger is free.

If your office has fewer chargers than EVs, you know the problem. People forget to move their car. Nobody wants to knock on someone's desk. The informal system breaks down the moment one person ignores it.

EasySwaps solves it with a transparent, real-time queue everyone in your team can trust.

LIVE QUEUE:                                                                                                                                                                               
See exactly who's charging, who's waiting, and who's next — updated in real time. No need to walk to the car park to check.

SESSION TIMER & SWAP REMINDERS:                                                                                                                                                     
When you plug in, start a session. Log your starting battery percentage and estimated charge time. When your time is up, the app reminds you to move your car so the next person can charge.

PING OVERSTAYERS:
If someone has been charging for more than 3 hours, the first person in the waiting queue can send them a polite nudge — no uncomfortable desk conversations required.

GUEST VEHICLE SUPPORT:
If someone takes a charger but doesn't log in the app, you can add their registration plate (and name, if you know it) to the queue on their behalf. Nobody can ghost the system.

MONTHLY STATS & WALL OF SHAME:
At the end of each month, see who's been the most considerate charger — and who's been holding everyone up. A friendly leaderboard keeps the team accountable without management involvement. 

GROUPS FOR SHARED LOCATIONS:
Create or join a group for your car park or office. Invite colleagues with a single code.
