The color is washed out. Very light in color. It would be nice or something to make customers feel appreciated if there was some kind of a rewards system for the amount of tiles or money that a customer spends; to add up to free items or % off items…. I even cleaned the surface with alcohol pads before. I think buying a stronger mounting product that holds weight will do the trick. There are removable adhesives that I’ve had much better experience using. It’s the “3m Command brand, damage free hanging” strips. Loved it . I would have given 5 stars but the glue in the back doesn’t stick properly. Tiles falls off from the wall frequently. I had to buy a sticker glue tape from Amazon to stick them perfectly. I looked at EasyTiles and other 8x8 photo tile options, but was swayed over by glass tiles and tools that help with wall mounting. To make things easy, I used my laptop to select photos, do any last minute editing, and crop into a square format. It was simple to export them into the EasyTiles app. I crossed my fingers and placed my order. I am thrilled with the photo reproduction and product quality. The order came perfectly on time and was carefully packed. This is my first EasyTiles order, but won’t be my last. I love being able to move them around too. The sticky on the back doesn’t last. I’ve had several fall off the wall repeatedly and a few shatter. What a shame and waste it feels like. The ones that do stay, look awesome, and it can’t be the area because I from 5 on the same wall same little area will fall. ****UPDATE12.31.21******* The staff at this company in less than 10 days RESPONDED… (most importantly) then got details of my order (very professional to avoid scams)… then replaced (kept their promise to warrant product)…. And I got my replacements and placed them…. ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY BY THIS COMPANY…. In this day and age where everything is upside down…. The brought not a product but faith in a company. Six years ago, I took a photo and entered a contest. I won 9 days of diving with manta rays in The Sea of Cortez. We did 3 dives on the first day all deeper than 100 ft. Apparently the pressure was too much for my undiagnosed tumor on my neck and I suffered a stroke. My girlfriend, who I brought on the trip kept me in her house for 3 years. How can I ever repay that? The tiles I ordered were to be a birthday present for her. It’s next week. My package was not delivered to my apartment door. My home health aide searched the lobby in the Bronx building where I live. UPS claims that they delivered it yesterday. How are you going to get me a replacement PROPERLY delivered before next Tuesday morning? But I just received 8 glass tiles. One of them Arrived broken and the others don’t stick well. They’ve only been on my wall for 1 day and out of the 8 I ordered I have 4 left because they’ve all fallen and broken. Not happy because for $10 a piece I would expect to work better specially the glass ones. I reached out to them regarding 1 that was broken upon delivery and they were nice to reprint it. But now that they don’t stick and keep falling AND breaking, I’m def not happy with the service. My wall is just a regular wall, no bumps or anything is the such. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your EasyTiles experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me. They even did not bother to respond to my further followups and emails. Extremely unsatisfied with this fake app. **Developer response:** We're so sorry to hear this and we would like a closer look into this.
