The thing never works. You’re supposed to be able to record a certain amount of hours, but the recordings always freeze every few minutes when playing, so it’s completely useless. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-04-16* This app is awful; can’t even log in. Others, it’s like the feature disappears and I can’t log in to watch my sports. It constantly cuts out and freezes so you have to delete then reload the app. The only reason it still exists because it’s on a government contract so the developers’ incompetence is still getting rewarded financially ### 1/5 — The absolute worst! *2025-09-08* Only got it to watch sports from back home and it constantly lags, blackout, cuts away, and has never worked the entire game or sporting event. Sunday night football - get up early to watch the game in Germany only for it to blackout at halftime and not come back out. All the other channels work except the games. I don’t understand how TKS is the only option but I do understand that because they are the only option they don’t care about quality, or customers. Do better. ### 1/5 — False Advertising *2025-07-17* Does not work as promised. TV function either gives me a black screen a white screen or an error message stating that I have not downloaded the easyTV app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Does not work. I just have TKS for internet, but do not appreciate that I can not receive the tv services that were advertised. ### 1/5 — Highway Robbery *2024-12-22* I don’t understand how TKS is the only cable/internet provider on installation. TKS is a scam and a hoax, I didn’t think it could get any worse… but it absolutely did with this new application and its interface. It crashes all the time, requiring to either logout or in most cases redownload all together. It is complimented by poor quality streaming due to their below average internet services. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Update is HORRIBLE *2024-12-10* Seriously, who are your app developers? They should be fired. This new interface is terrible. You can’t even see all the channels in a line, it’s separated out by news, movies, kids, etc. I want to be able to see all the channels I have access to and see what’s on. This is so stupid I’m about to cancel my tv subscription. ### 1/5 — Atrociously bad *2023-09-17* Wouldn’t use this app but it’s my only option to watch NFL at home in Germany that I’ve found. The screen randomly goes black for no reason. Possibly the worst app I have had to rely on.
