### 1/5 — Why it may not be working on iPad

It may not be working on an iPad because, it is my understanding, Easy Virtual Choir was designed to work with Google Chrome.  I installed Chrome on my PC and a few minutes my PC acquired a Trojan Horse virus which wiped out my hard drive.  I’m not taking the chance by installing Chrome on my iPad Pro.

Paid 4.99 on iPad from apple store but only got a limited version. Went through a windows laptop and it is free and has more features??
Not sure what’s happening there?

### 1/5 — Terrible Doesn’t work correctly on iPad

Logged in on web browser, joined church group so it was linked to my profile. Website said it doesn’t support Safari/mobile devices, download app or use a pc.  I PAID to download app, logged in and my group is not there. There isn’t even a place to access or search for our group. This app doesn’t work for me. I sent message to support to request a refund. Now I can’t participate.

It does not work. The accompanying track loads for the preview but doesn’t play after pressing “record”. The “start over” button doesn’t work. The recording screen freezes and I either have to back out or exit the app. The one thing that the app is supposed to do, it doesn’t do. Complete waste of whatever money you spend on it.

I’ve tried to upload files but once it’s done uploading it does not move from the upload screen

**Developer response:** We’re sorry you ran into some trouble with an older version of the app! Upload speeds are fixed in 1.6.0

### 2/5 — Could be great, but needs a little more work

The app is a little glitchy—it cuts off the start of recordings, it doesn’t work if you disable camera (I only want to record audio), there are constant errors where the audio fails to play for recording, and the app crashes. It has the potential for greatness, but still quite a few bugs to be worked out first!
I don’t think it should cost this much when it isn’t up to scratch yet. I feel a little ripped off.
