Audio was in and out, video wasn’t there at all. When I tried to make a comment that I couldn’t see and barely hear anything, I couldn’t send the message. This app is pure trash! Very disappointed, what a way to make a first impresssion. This app simply does not work. To not be able to watch something from an iPad is sooo 1990! ### 1/5 — No audio. *2020-05-06* Wanted to see the webinar but also wanted to hear it to. Alas it had to be on my phone as my computer wasn’t handy, however EasyWebinar wouldn’t run on safari and insisted I download this app. There was no audio. After a while I could see the slides changing but... no audio. I tried to find settings or anything of the sort but all I could do was type or “swipe left to view comments” but I don’t know if there were just no comments or swiping left didn’t work because it didn’t seem to do anything. Well, missed that webinar, guess I’ll go ahead and delete the app. ### 1/5 — corona virus *2020-03-14* giving it a 1 star so it gets removed like that one app did in china where the students gave it 1 star and the app was removed so they didn’t have to do work ### 1/5 — Video cuts out *2019-08-23, version 1.9* Log out and come back in, video plays for a minute then cuts out again. Can't follow the webinar presentation. Sounds is fine and chat is fine, just no video. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work At All *2019-07-26* I am eternally stuck on the “loading” screen for a webinar that I was super excited to attend! Extremely disappointed is an understatement. ### 1/5 — The desktop version works... *2019-07-08* This mobile app simply does not work as instructed. Would not work from iPhone app or from Ethernet computer. Occasional bleeps of sound(like 4 one-two second bleeps in 45 minutes!), occasional view of PowerPoint deck, but mostly black screen and getting kicked off the app cuz it kept shutting down & kicking me off on the iPhone. On the desktop I never even saw a power point deck. Just a constant message that “Our engineers are working hard to come up with a solution...” On an otherwise black screen with their logo saying “please wait, configuring the room.” Yikes. Total waste of time. ### 1/5 — Help! App not working!! *2019-01-17, version 1.7* App crashes as soon as you click join now. I am unable to attend a training session tonight as a result unfortunately.
