I’m signed in and it says the company but it’s blank no schedule no nothing!?

Works OK on phone, but is broken on my Macbook Air. All it does it spin with a busy" icon when opening it. I REALLY wanted to use it to setup my Calendar on the Macbook, but I guess I give up.
