## What is Eat to Excel?

The mobile app is our data collection and engagement tool in the hands of athletes, giving an accurate and comprehensive picture of health and nutrition status as it relates to their sport, position, and individual energy expenditure demands.


The quality, amount, and timing of the fuel athletes put in their bodies deeply impacts their performance. Without proper nutrition, athletes recover slower, are more prone to injury, and they lose that critical margin of seconds and inches when facing their opponents.


After this short on-boarding process, athletes can input meals and workouts with just a few clicks, monitor nutrition stats and fuel timing, chat with team dietitians, set goals, and adjust habits. To make the app as easy to use as possible, it integrates with the Health app for iPhone users.
