I have had a few apps that I use to count my calories and macros but this one is by far the easiest to use. I love that you can type in what you ate or just take a quick picture and it will calculate it all for you. defintely would recommend to someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time entering there food into an app!

I have been wanting something like this for a while - an app that does the thinking for me. I feel like having so much choice and so many options stresses me out, so getting direct advice on what I should eat or shouldn’t eat helps out a lot in terms of mental and weight
