I want to change my home store from Rockefeller Center, NY to South Florida. The app won’t let me do it even though I follow all the directions to do so. And contacting support was not easy. I did so and explained my predicament and I got a reply that I need to create a password for the help ticket. What? I’ve never heard of that.
