I’m always installing and uninstalling this app! Fix the glitches ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Eate *2024-11-10, version 4.7.0* For the love of Pete, there’s always something wrong with this app. You have to close, you have to restart, you have to re-download. It will charge you twice. It will say your card is declined. Ordering food should be simple, this app only frustrates me. It doesn’t work 90% of the time. I was hoping to place an order to go so I could be in and out, but the app is not working again. Surprise surprise. ### 1/5 — Major Glitch Kept Me From Ordering Out *2024-03-24, version 3.3.4* Never heard of this app until today when I googled the place I wanted to pick up breakfast from and saw that online orders were taken from this app. I used the web portal, and when I tried to pay, it said my payment was declined which made no sense. I then tried my other credit card and finally my debit card but received the same error message every single time. I would’ve called the restaurant to place my order over the phone, but they don’t have a phone line. So this app was my only way to place an order ahead of time, it wouldn’t allow me to check out, so I ended up giving up and just making breakfast at home so the business and the app ended up losing my money and I ended up disappointed. Horrible first impression of this app for me. ### 1/5 — Broken *2023-09-17, version 2.0.34* I’ve attempted to use this at least five times, at different times, with different versions of the app, and it has literally never worked. There are all sorts of bugs, and the cafe has never received my order each time I tried. And before you say “you don’t have the latest version,” I always have, I’ve un/reinstalled, and tried multiple times in a row each time. Once, an Eate rep was at the cafe and took details down from me because he couldn’t figure out the issue. It’s obviously never been fixed (that was over a month ago). I don’t understand how this can succeed when there are so many competitors with far fewer issues. ### 5/5 — Great App *2023-09-23, version 3.0.0* Super user friendly and easy to use.
